Welcome to the Emotional Connection Self Score

Emotional connection plays a pivotal role in our well-being. An understanding of where we stand on the spectrum of emotional connectivity can be enlightening. This self-assessment is designed to help you introspect and gauge your level of connection with yourself, with others, and with your community.

The Emotionally Connected Continuum spans from being completely disconnected—where one might struggle to recognize and engage with their own emotions, feel isolated from others, or detached from their community—to being fully connected, experiencing a deep understanding of oneself, nurturing meaningful relationships, and actively contributing to the well-being of the community.

This assessment breaks down the continuum into three critical areas:

  • Connected to Self: This section invites you to reflect on your inner world, including your mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-acceptance.
  • Connected to Others: Here, we explore your relationships, focusing on empathy, communication, and the strength of your support networks.
  • Connected to Community: This part assesses your sense of belonging and engagement within larger social groups and the community at large.

By answering honestly, you’ll gain insights into your current state of emotional connection and identify areas for growth and enhancement. This self-assessment offers a point-in-time reflection and an opportunity to slow down and check in with yourself.

Remember, this journey is personal and subjective. There are no right or wrong answers, only stepping stones towards more profound understanding and connection. Let’s begin.
