Why You Matter!

I was shocked when I felt a sharp smack upside the head and a gruff voice yelling “What the fuck are you doing? Give me that phone!” 

After all, I had finally mustered up the courage to make that phone call! I was very proud of myself for doing so.

What if the question “How do I build confidence?” was not even the right question to begin with? Today I look at some of the ways we erode confidence in our self and others.

For our conference in Las Vegas this month I prepared a workshop on effective communication.  Unfortunately (or fortunately) we ended up with far too much content for our 48 hours together and ended up scrapping…
