When we go through a separation or divorce, whether by choice or by circumstance, it can be incredibly devastating. For me coming to terms with the fact that my marriage was not going to work was one of the most difficult things I had to do.

There are so many reasons I choose to incorporate regular physical exercise in my life. Not the least of which are the life lessons that often accompany the physical growth. Today I share with you a few of the lessons from my workout this morning.
