My name is Mike Cameron

And I am passionate about people. I love creating
connection in the world, and the thing that sets my soul on fire is standing on stage sharing the
stories and lessons I have learned over my lifetime.

I have done a lot of things in my life that have terrified me and that I am also very proud of.
None of these defines me, yet all of them are my story. It is only when we learn to own our story
that we can find peace and freedom.

Connection is Everything

I have spent over 30 years studying how connection shapes the way we move through the world. My journey started in the trenches of sales, where I quickly realized that people buy on emotion and justify with logic. “Selling” was secondary to building genuine emotional bonds with customers.

As I transitioned into entrepreneurship and leadership, that lesson evolved: I saw that connection isn’t just a sales tactic; it’s the heartbeat of high-performing teams.

However, it wasn’t until the tragic murder of my girlfriend in 2015 that I saw the true stakes of my work. That experience transformed my perspective, revealing that emotional connection isn’t just a business asset—it is the fundamental fabric that holds our society together.

Not My Words. Theirs.

Who Is Mike?

It’s easy to list achievements.
It’s harder to describe the person behind them.
So instead of telling you who I am, I asked the people I know and love to share their version of me — family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
