I understand that is not always an option that the budget allows. It got me thinking about how I can create long-term value for ANYONE looking to support men’s emotional health without it requiring a significant time or financial investment.
And just like that, the “Leading with Wellness” newsletter was born. Every Friday, I send out a short video or write-up of a simple practice, you can implement for yourself or your team.
