Emotional Fitness Bootcamp
We all know that athletes, when they want to perform at the top of their game, not only focus on skill building, but they also put an extraordinary amount of time, energy and effort into developing their fitness levels.
The same holds for us as Leaders. If we want to get the best out of ourselves and our teams, we need to work on skill-building, but in fact, we need to spend a lot of time on our emotional fitness, otherwise known as mental health.
This is why I created the Emotional Fitness Bootcamp for leaders. The Emotional Fitness Bootcamp is a program designed to unpack seven competencies to help you feel more, be more, and ultimately do more. No different than when you work with a personal trainer, together we will co-create an emotional Fitness routine that you can put into practice. You can start to establish some habits so that you can maintain that emotional fitness level and continue to perform at your best. This will also ensure that you get the best out of your team.
